|  | Hey guys, The Light Meets the Dark. When it does, illumination occurs. That's what this email blast is all about-illumination. Let's begin.
We're very excited about the new fall tour for starters. We're tempted to leak information that may ruin it for you but we won't. Let's just say we're excited to play songs off the record that we haven't played yet, play in new venues we've never performed in, and meet people we've never met. I believe there's only a month left of summer. Kids will begin to return to school, the weather will begin to change, and soon the whisper of a new year will be at ear's edge.
Festivals have been going well for us, with only a few more left. I don't think we've sweat more in our whole lives than this summer. I vote that the festivals be moved to more northern locations. Either that or we invent a giant cap to fit over the nation that air conditions everyone (and also removes CO2 emissions for those environmentally concerned).
Anyway, our music is on sale on iTunes. Gobble it up, it won't last long. Everyone enjoys a sale, right? That's the reason most of us rationalize our purchases. I personally like to stock up on a sale. Say shoes, for example, go on sale. I'll buy two at that price knowing that I'm a big fan of the shoes I just purchased. When the first pair ends its lifespan, I'll pull out the 2nd pair that I bought at the same price, rather than risk spending more on the same shoe again or having to face the dilemma of fashion in changing up my wardrobe. Where was I....ah yes, iTunes. Sale. Fiat currency.
